Refund Policy – The Kingdom Creatives Workshop

A 60% refund will be provided if the participant cancels on or before 10 November 2025 (7 days before the workshop).
No refund will be issued for cancellations made after 10 November 2025 or for no-shows.
Participant may transfer their seat to another person at any time before the workshop day by informing us with the new participant’s details.
If the workshop is postponed due to any unavoidable reason, all registrations will automatically be moved to the new date.
If the workshop is cancelled by us, a 100% refund will be issued.
Refunds (if eligible) will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment mode.
